Terms of service shaped around how sourcing work actually happens.
Last updated: June 2026. These terms describe the service relationship, payment logic, and liability boundaries for China Partner Hub.
1. Services
China Partner Hub provides sourcing-related services that may include factory search, supplier verification, sample coordination, production follow-up, quality inspection coordination, and shipping support. The exact scope is defined in individual discussions or agreements.
2. Pricing and payment
Fees may be structured as a commission on order value, a fixed service charge, or another mutually agreed commercial model. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, factory payments are made directly between you and the supplier. China Partner Hub does not act as a manufacturer and does not ordinarily hold client funds.
3. $39 supplier verification
The $39 supplier-verification service is an introductory desktop review service. It does not guarantee supplier performance, manufacturing quality, future delivery success, or commercial outcome. You remain responsible for your final decisions and any funds sent to suppliers.
4. Role and limitation of liability
China Partner Hub acts as a sourcing partner and advisor. We exercise practical diligence in screening suppliers and supporting execution, but we do not manufacture products ourselves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid for the relevant engagement.
5. Confidentiality and intellectual property
Client designs, specifications, supplier information, and business context remain confidential and should be treated as the property or protected information of the client unless otherwise agreed.
6. Termination
Either side may end an engagement by written notice. If work has already been performed, fees for completed work or committed stages remain payable.
